Fungicide with Contact and Protective Action

Mode of Action:
This fungicide inhibits enzymes and disrupts cellular metabolism, preventing the growth of pathogenic fungi.

Application Management:

  • This fungicide belongs to copper compounds and has both fungicidal and bactericidal effects.
  • Copper oxychloride is an inorganic contact and protective fungicide effective against a wide range of fungal and bacterial diseases.
  • Mostly used as a preventive treatment before disease symptoms appear.
  • May cause phytotoxicity in carrot and potato under certain conditions.
  • Can cause russeting (scarring) on some apple varieties.
  • Spraying schedule:
    • In spring at bud swelling
    • After flower drop
    • In autumn after leaf fall

Compatibility and Mixing:

Avoid mixing this fungicide with oils, organophosphate and carbamate insecticides, and alkaline products such as lime sulfur.
